CmiA Stakeholder Webinar Week 2021

30.08.2021

The coronavirus is still an overriding issue in our daily lives, and travelling will still be heavily restricted over the months ahead. Consequently, it is still not possible for many of our partners, especially those coming from African countries, to come and visit us in Europe.

Conferences are places for exchange, learning, dialogues, and face-to-face meetings. It is crucial for us to ensure that all stakeholders of the Aid by Trade Foundation and the Cotton made in Africa (CmiA) initiative have the same chances to attend in person. However, as we do not expect travel restrictions to be lifted by September/October 2021, we have decided to offer to you a series of webinar sessions instead of a stakeholder conference.

We therefore invite you to the Cotton made in Africa Stakeholder Webinar Week 2021 which will be held online. The individual sessions are scheduled over four consecutive days on 27 September30 September 2021.

The CmiA Stakeholder Webinar Week will give you the opportunity to learn more about the topics of:

  • Traceability;
  • African Organic Cotton;
  • Marketing and Communication About Sustainability;
  • CmiA’s social as well as Environmental Impact; and
  • CmiA’s Carbon Neutral Initiative.

Gain new insights, dive deep into specific topics related to sustainability and cotton, and exchange views with your fellow participants and a variety of experts.

We are looking forward to meeting you online in September.
